Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
